The Family's of Glen Meadows is the master association within the Glens Of Grand Blanc subdivision.  We are located East of Belsay Rd. on Perry, adjacent to the Grand Blanc East Middle School.  Our association consists of 74 single family detached condo's.  It is a unique residential subdivision because no house is on a main road.  Each house sits on a cul de sac or a circle drive and so the traffic is at a minimum.  This is not a common practice for today's builders and sets our community apart from most newer subdivisions.  We also have the convenience of sidewalks and lighting throughout the community which allows our children safe travel between friends houses.  It is also nice for the adults to take a liesurely walk around the nieghborhood. 

The Family's of Glen Meadows Association has a board of director's consisting of three elected officials and two members.  We also have a management company to assist us in running our association.
