If caught, the cement company will be fined.

Per the By-Laws
No trash is to be placed out to the curb until the day BEFORE pick-up, Tuesday, and trash cans need to be gathered and put away by the end of the day Wednesday.
RESIDENTS PLEASE REMEMBER
If you park vehicle(s) outside – KEEP THEM LOCKED!
Keep valuables out of your vehicle(s), so if there is a break in nothing important is taken.
Keep house doors and windows locked when no one is home.
