The Families of Glen Meadows is the master association within the Glens Of Grand Blanc subdivision. We are located East of Belsay Road on Perry, adjacent to the Grand Blanc East Middle School. Our association consists of just over 70 single family detached condo's. It is a unique residential subdivision because almost every house sits on a cul de sac or a circle drive, so traffic is at a minimum. This is not a common practice for today's builders and sets our community apart from most newer subdivisions. We also have the convenience of sidewalks and lighting throughout the community, which allows our children safe travels between friends' houses. It is also nice for the adults to take a leisurely walk around the neighborhood. 

The Families of Glen Meadows Association has a board of director's consisting of three elected officials and two members. We also have a management company to assist us in running our association.
